D.I.Y. Rock Star Rewind: Flowing like an oil slick 🛢️ (June 2022)

Revved up….

— Yes! I can feel how much BETTER I have gotten over the years! I feel like I manage the workflow AT WORK and AT HOME in such a better way! Not only do I NOT freak out—EVEN when I am tempted to! 😳—but I just take a deep breath, resolve to return to my list of priorities, choose the first one, two, or three, set my timer, and get to work toward it. Almost as SOON as I begin, I get engrossed in the activity and IMMEDIATELY calm the fuck down! 🧘🏾‍♂️ What’s more is that once I knock out one, two, or three of the BIG items, I have so much more energy and confidence after having accomplished something that I feel on top of the world and want to tackle WHATEVER is next! 💥🏃🏾‍♀️ I love myself for THAT! 🥰😊📝🙌🏾🤷🏽‍♀️🥳

Did we mention “growth”? 😳

What I mean is that I can see the growth. I feel much more in control of my emotions, so that I NEVER really get too crazy excited—like when we were asked to create an ad for a photo editing app this month 😳😬—and I don’t get too down in the dumps—because, though it was a BIG offer, if DIDN’T fit with our ethos (of doing the things that “feel” right). —In the past, seeing that opportunity come and then rejecting it would have sent me spiraling down. Not THIS time, because I am SO excited about the growth that we’re seeing and the reach that we’re having. —Did you know that we just hit 9k subscribers on YouTube? Or that the MINUTE we post on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter, we have clicks from all over the world? 😳🤷🏽‍♀️ I KNOW! 😊 So, it’s hard to get cranky about a few things that don’t work out, when we’ve got SO much to be thankful for! 🙏🏽
