Revved up…. — Yes! I can feel how much BETTER I have gotten over the years! I feel like I manage the workflow AT WORK and AT HOME in such a better way! Not only do I NOT freak out—EVEN when I am tempted to! 😳—but I just take a deep breath, resolve to return to my list of priorities, choose the first one, two, or three, set my timer, and get to work toward it. Almost as SOON as I begin, I get engrossed in the activity and IMMEDIATELY calm the fuck down! 🧘🏾‍♂️ What’s more is
