Should I Upgrade?

Here's my dilemma:
Since we’re always talking about issues that are of concerned to the D.I.Y. Rock Star. A big part of owning a studio is knowing when to upgrade and when not to. It is inevitable that manufacturers will release things that are newer, better, etc. There are quite a few pieces of equipment and musical equipment and software that I am going to decide whether to buy the newest version or update, including the Yamaha Montage 8, Komplete Kontrol keyboard, Maschine Studio, AKAI MPCX, MPC One Plus, Softube Console 1, Line 6 Helix guitar multi-effects floor processor, Apple Logic DAW, and the Roland Fantom 06.
In this video, I will explain some of the possible benefits and detriments to a few of the upgrades I am considering. I am considering some upgrades in the recording studio, but am not sure which of these hardware/software to upgrade. Can you offer some advice?
