Taking down Christmas 🎄

— It was SUCH a blessing that our daughter got us into gear yesterday to take down Christmas. 🥰 I wasn’t feeling my best and was dreading doing it—thinking that it would take QUITE a bit of time—and once she started and I jumped in and Bruce jumped in— and had our son jump in—it went by SO fast! 💥 I mean, I think it took less than an hour and the boxes were ready to put away! It was AMAZING to witness! So, Thank You, Lord, for putting it on her heart to get us going! 🙏🏽 It was a reminder to me that sometimes I DON'T have to do EVERYTHING by myself! And that, if I get a team involved, it can reap so many MORE benefits! 🙏🏽

Balance? ⚖️

I have been trying to–SOMEHOW–balance relaxing with getting things done and THAT’S been the conundrum. 🤔 –So, I have been choosing no MORE than three MAJOR tasks to complete each day and have decided that this EXHAUSTIVE list may NOT get completed, but that –AT LEAST–all of the “important” activities get done. Also, that I have to make plenty of time to just fucking relax too–which is PARAMOUNT to keeping my head on straight, so…. 😬
