What do you mean by “BEST” bands?
When we say all the “best” bands, we mean a couple of things. First, the band is one of our favorites and it surprised us to learn that they were Canadian, as well as, secondly, some of these bands are simply so loved by American audiences that it may be a surprise to identify them as Canadian.

Wow!
Get this, according to the Rolling Stone article that helped enhance this post, Canada has one tenth of the population of the U.S., so for it to have produced some of the greatest songwriters of all time is astounding.
Decades AND Genres

5.
All Around Popular:
In this section, we group together those who we had associated with Canada, including:
6.
Others:
In this section, we group together a cobbling of folks who are from a variety of genres and whom we Canadian, including:
The bottom line is….
Needless to say, this list is stupid long, so check out the full episode's discussion for it all.
