If you have tried Bruce’s steak, you will never want to eat anyone else’s steak! We buy t-bone steaks, then Bruce beats them, and seasons them with meat tenderizer, seasoning salt, and pepper. Vox cuts up red onions that are grilled with the steak.

He gets the grill hot, put the steaks on the grill, and then Bruce flips profusely until they are done, which we think is pretty unconventional.

But these are the best steaks ever! They’re always tender and always flavorful, whether they are rare or cooked well-done, which is amazing to me!
